Warrant issued in 2011 for alleged crimes against humanity during 2011 uprising that ousted father, who was killed by rebels in Libya months later – son remains at large

Ugandan warlord Joseph Kony
Warrant issued in 2005 for crimes including murder, sexual enslavement and rape, as well as war crimes
