Warrant against son of former Libyan president issued in 2011 for alleged crimes against humanity during rebellion that ousted Muammar Gaddafi in 2011
  
Caught by militia days after GaddafiÕs murder, released under amnesty law in 2017. Believed to be living near city of Zintan in northwestern Libya
