Team that scores most goals wins

JUMP SHOT
Players may jump over 6m line when attempting shot on goal, but must release ball before landing inside goal area

BALL CONTROL
Special pine resin applied to hands for extra grip

Players can take up to three steps without dribbling and can hold ball for maximum of three seconds.

Ball must not be kicked (except by goalkeeper inside 6m line)
