Ukrainian engineers have designed a “people’s missile” that families can build in their own back gardens from everyday materials to fight against Russian forces

Designers expect salvo launch of 20 rockets would break through air defences and hit targets deep behind enemy lines

Aim is also to deplete Russian stocks of expensive anti-aircraft missiles by forcing them to be fired at cheaply-made Trembita rockets
