Amazon is set to lay off thousands of staff as the tech sector reels from falling stocks in the face of a grim economic outlook


Insiders say Amazon will lay off 10,000 employees – its biggest ever staff cutbacks – mostly from human resources, retail divisions and devices department, which makes Alexa gadgets
