Russian flights are banned from EU airspace and must detour over Baltic Sea to reach Kaliningrad


Rail restrictions: Lithuania controls only overland rail route linking Kaliningrad with mainland Russia. It is banning deliveries of around 50% of imports into Kaliningrad, such as iron, steel and luxury goods, but says route will remain open for passengers and non-sanctioned goods
