F1 rule changes for 2020 ---------------------------- Clutch control: Changes put emphasis on driver’s skill rather than software assistance. Must be designed by teams, not bought in ---------------------------- Curfew: Time mechanics are forbidden from working on cars extended from eight hours to nine on practice and qualifying days ---------------------------- Front wing: First 50mm of endplate to be made purely of carbon fibre. Metal elements must be 30mm back from leading edge of endplate to limit risk of causing puncture ---------------------------- Chequered flag: Return to using traditional chequered flag to end race ---------------------------- Rear-view mirrors: Size and position limited.
