Las Vegas gunman Stephen Paddock fired at concertgoers for a full 10 minutes from his 32nd-floor suite at the Mandalay Bay hotel, killing 58 people and injuring hundreds before turning the gun on himself


10:05pm, Oct 1: First shots fired by suspect – seen on closed-circuit television from concert venue

10:12pm: First police officers arrive on 31st floor and announce gunfire coming from above them

10:15pm: Last shots fired by suspect, based on body cam video

10:17pm: First two officers arrive on 32nd floor

10:18pm: Security guard tells officers he is shot and gives exact location of suspect’s room

10:26-10:30pm: Eight additional officers arrive on 32nd floor and begin moving along hallway, clearing rooms

10:55pm: Eight officers arrive at stairwell in opposite end of hallway

11:20pm: Officers use explosive to breach door to suspect’s room, where he is seen lying on floor

11:27pm: Second charge allows officers to access adjoining room. Police announce that suspect is down
