10 Immigration and Nationality Act, 1965: Protects against discrimination because of personÕs race, sex, nationality, place of birth or residence. Visa ban violates act

15 Administrative Procedures Act, 1946: Gives federal agencies their rule-making authority. Order requires at least two regulations be repealed for each new one implemented. Two-for-one executive order violates act

27 Bill of Rights, 1791: Protects freedom of speech, assembly, religion and freedom of the press. Protesters harassed at airports across U.S. following immigration ban
