3.00pm: 58th Inaugural Parade travels down Pennsylvania Avenue to White House Trump and wife Melania expected to attend three official inaugural balls

SECURITY
Some 3,000 police officers and 7,000 National Guard troops from outside District of Columbia will protect perimeter around parade route
