Taepodong-2 6,000km Test-fired in Jul 2006. Rockets with related technology launched in 2009 and April 2012. All three launches ended in failure

Unha-3 10,000km Three-stage rocket successfully delivered North Korea’s first satellite into Earth orbit in December 2012

Feb 8-25: Rocket launch carrying Earth observation satellite planned. U.S. intelligence suggests rocket may be bigger and better version of Unha-3
