Second U.S. Ebola case announced

A second Texas healthcare worker, who treated the first patient in the U.S. to be diagnosed with Ebola, has tested positive for the disease. The diagnosis comes as the WHO warns that West Africa could face up to 10,000 new Ebola cases per week in early December
