GN23620 (52mm wide by 98mm deep) A single column Congress graphic showing new allocation of seats in the House of Representatives and the Senate. First results from AmericaÕs East Coast will be available around 21:00EST, (01:00GMT on Wednesday, November 5). If there is a clear majority, we should know who is the next president, and which party has a majority in the House and Senate by 10:00GMT, Wednesday.
