Duncan Mil is Art Director of Graphic News. In 1971 he joined the Sunday Times to work with Harry Evans and Peter Sullivan. From 1976, he worked as a freelance designer and artist. In 1991, after guiding the development of the Reuter News Graphic Service until it's launch, he set up his own international graphics service. Rotterdam Dagsblad subscribed from the launch and GPD group became clients in 1993. Graphic News now has over 200 subscribers world-wide and is represented internationally by the Los Angeles Times Syndicate. Mil is a judge at this yearŐs Society of Newspaper Design competition in San Diego.
